Since having changed into Democracy, Thailand has been facing with lots of the political turmoil which has often happened regularly. One of the causes have involved with the stability of law fairness. Sometimes, law was claimed that unjust so that there were many following turmoil’s. Since 1932, the revolution year from Absolute Monarchy to the Democracy, were 32 amnesty acts for political benefits. However, this year, one of the hottest year for Thailand political moments, there are the protestors who disagree with the amnesty bill which is being created.
This amnesty bill is talking about that the law will wipe out the mistakes for the Political Offences during 2004-2013. For the side of supporters said that this is such a unity law which will bring the peace to Thailand but the reality didn’t. In the beginning of the voting for the bill in the parliament, some of the representatives hadn’t shown up in the meeting but there were their ballots appeared. This was the beginning of the unjust procedures which started from the first step in voting the representatives ‘agreements. Moreover, if we look inside to the contents, we will find the imply truth that showing the real requirements for some politicians who did the mistake and corrupted in the few past year ago. Those will get the real benefits from the bill. According to the leader of PDRC, the group of protestors, claimed that Thaksin Chinnawat, the old prime minister of Thailand, will get the most benefits from the bill. Nowadays, Thaksin has been escaping to overseas from the decision of the Supreme Court that judged him in jail because of his corruption and the violent policy that he used in the time of his government. So, if the bill passes, he will able to get back to Thailand innocently.
What are the benefits to Thai people? This question needs the answers from the politicians who agreed with the bill immediately. From the day that the bill passed in the first round until the day before the court had judged again, nobody could answer the real benefits clearly. The main tension was aimed to the Prime Minister, Yinglak Chinawat, who was the one who agree with the law. She is also claimed that she is just the proxy Prime Minister for her brother, Thaksin. She cannot be able to explain anything about this bill. Moreover, there are a large number of the protestors appeared sharply. So, The Constitution court had the final decision that the bill is against the law because it opposed the real aim of the law. The real aim is to make the unity of Thailand but in fact, it made more turmoil in Thailand. So, the amnesty bill was invalid.
Do the political benefits of the recently proposed amnesty bill outweigh the benefits to the Thai taxpayers? This question has already clear answer from the all reasons above. Having carefully examined the arguments for and arguments against, I find that the question “Do the political benefits of the recently proposed amnesty bill outweigh the benefits to the Thai taxpayers?” is not true. Thai taxpayers don’t even get any benefits from the bill. Furthermore, it made more disorders in Thailand.
Each year on February 14th many people exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special “Valentine”. The day of romance we call “Valentine’s Day”.Valentine’s Day is a love day and Valentine is a most awaited time for everybody. The history of Valentine’s Day is obscure, and further clouded by various fanciful legends. The holiday’s roots are in the ancient Roman festival of Lupercalia, a fertility celebration commemorated annually on February 15. Pope Gelatinous I recast this pagan festival as a Christian feast day circa 496, declaring February 14 to be St. Valentine’s Day.
Which St. Valentine this early pope intended to honor remains a mystery: according to the Catholic Encyclopedia, there were at least three early Christian saints by that name. One was a priest in Rome, another a bishop in Terni, and of a third St. Valentine almost nothing is known except that he met his end in Africa. Rather astonishingly, all three Valentines were said to have been martyred on Feb. 14.
Most scholars believe that the St. Valentine of the holiday was a priest who attracted the disfavor of Roman emperor Claudius II around 270. At this stage, the factual ends and the mythic begins. According to one legend, Claudius II had prohibited marriage for young men, claiming that bachelors made better soldiers. Valentine continued to secretly perform marriage ceremonies but was eventually apprehended by the Romans and put to death. Another legend has it that Valentine, imprisoned by Claudius, fell in love with the daughter of his jailer. Before he was executed, he allegedly sent her a letter signed “from your Valentine.” Probably the most plausible story surrounding St. Valentine is one not focused on Eros (passionate love) but on agape (Christian love): he was martyred for refusing to renounce his religion.
In 1969, the Catholic Church revised its liturgical calendar, removing the feast days of saints whose historical origins were questionable. St. Valentine was one of the casualties.
Finally,In my opinion Valentine’s Day is a very nice day for everybody in this world such as a child give a chocolate love to his friends or her friends or her parents,Teenager give love to their lover and their parents.Father Mother give a love to their child.People in this world give a love to each other and this world will be a “Love world”.I want to see people in Thai loved each other because I think if everybody loved each other Thailand will get better than today.

Some violences in BKK are from the problem with Thai farmers that the cause is rice pledging project. The rice pledging project was at the heart of the Pheu Thai Party’s populist platform that swept Yingluck Shinawatra to power in the 2011 general election. But it has left the country with record rice stockpiles and hundreds of billions of baht in losses at taxpayer cost while throwing farmers into debt after the caretaker government delayed making payments for pledged rice.
The Pheu Thai-led government had dreamed of using the rice subsidy to kill two birds with one stone. It could boost the income of farmers, who are strong supporters of the party, and gain leverage in the in the global market on the assumption that rice prices would soar once a large supply was withheld from the market. In October 2011, the Yingluck government launched the rice pledging scheme by buying rice from farmers at 40-50% higher than what they could expect from selling to rice traders in the market. Millions of farmers eagerly lined up to pledge their paddy. The government, however, lost its bet that hoarding rice in massive stockpiles would drive up prices. The past few years have seen the global market flooded with rice, due to favorable weather and the subsidy attracting multitudes of farmers. Other countries took the opportunity to ramp up production, and Thailand relinquished its crown as top rice exporter to India and Vietnam.
Even though the pledging scheme has managed to increase farmer income, a side effect is that rice farmers across the country have run up debt on the expectation of a steady revenue stream. They bought new pickup trucks, motorcycles and smartphones through consumer financing. Unfortunately, Ms Yingluck dissolved the House last Dec 9 without a borrowing plan to pay farmers. Given her status as caretaker prime minister, her government faces legal limitations on new borrowing; this in turn has discouraged banks from extending bridge loans to pay farmers. Available funds have dried up, and state rice sales are unable to raise sufficient cash at a brisk pace.
The caretaker government is months behind in its payments to more than a million farmers, leaving them in a cash crunch and at the mercy of loan sharks. A-58-year-old farmer who has been protecting the Min of Finance said she has resorted to borrowing from an informal source that charges 6% in monthly interest, just to support her living. So now, she has so much of due.
armers have cried foul over Pheu Thai’s rice policies, the party recently bought advertising in local newspapers insisting that Ms Yingluck will continue to pursue the rice pledging scheme if she successfully retakes the helm. The announcement highlighted how the scheme had helped raise the income of millions of farm households. But it did not state the losses incurred from the subsidy
A Finance Ministry subcommittee tasked with the pledging project’s accounting said losses could reach 400 billion baht for the first two harvest seasons. Former finance minister and Bank of Thailand governor MR Pridiyathorn Devakula estimated at least 425 billion baht in losses. But this doesn’t make the farmers offensive because not everyone get the money but just someone get.
Please to be continue about this case that how end.

So, at this time, each countries in south-east Asia have to learn about ASEAN, what is going to happen when ASEAN has started? ,and Is it good for people or business in south-east Asia? So, they are sure that the prediction of ASEAN will be very great for almost every business in every single countries members. People in south-east Asia will contact together they could make more friends and learn many languages so that people will be nice to each other. As usual, Thai students, from M.1-M.6, have a class at 8am until 4pm approximately. Each weekdays we spent most of our time in class study at least 8 period a day, each period takes 50 minutes. As the ASEAN education ranking, Thai education ranked in number 8 out of 10 ASEAN countries. Is that clearly explain that we are waking in the wrong direction. Are we really aim? for quality? or we aim for quantity?
Despite having two free days out of seven, Saturday and Sunday are not part of the weekend but rather another busy day spent furthering their children’s education for KNEP student’s families. Some family have to drop their children by at the extra class school at 7.30am and return them home at 4pm. How can this happen along with full time classes on weekdays?. According to the poll that i have randomly surveyed Thai student from M.1-M.6 at KNEP, there are three main points for this reason. The first point is, KNEP’s student feel like they doesn’t get enough knowledge and information from the teacher in class. Saying that 50 mines for each subject is quite too short tp learn something penetrably. The second point is KNEP’s student seems not to have enough concentration in class that contains at least 30 students, because of the noise and distraction from their friends. The last point is some student feels more comfortable with easy going teacher at extra class school. In my own experience some teacher goes too mean to student and make them scared to ask or answer questions in class.
On the other hand, apart from class reasons. By considering the extra fees for extra class, Why? parent and their children still pay that much money for it. In Thailand we value on the education, especially the university, so much. So it’s not the curious reason why nowadays parents willing to pay that much on extra class in order to make sure that they children get enough knowledge to do the test for university entrance examination. This fact does not separate the money status of the parent, it turns to a role that apart from the school fees they still have to pay additional for extra class as well. Mrs Nichapat, M.5 parent whose daughter is currently studying at KNEP, admitted the cost of extra tutoring was quite expensive – as much as 3,000 baht for a course. But she said the expense would be worthwhile if it helped launch her children on successful careers.
In contrast, finally, these things happen in pros and become the cons at the same time. Student gains a lot more knowledge for studying extra class but on the contrary less concentration in class and some group of student just go for fashion in studying extra class in weekdays. However, the ministry of education should solve this problem quickly or otherwise the normal weekdays school will turns to a playground.

Throw back in the past, a dinosaur lived and finally die because of the diversity of the nature. Every species on earth is adapted to exploit and cope with many factors that together determine where on Earth it can live. These factors including physical factors like temperature, rainfall, biological such as the threat of predation by another organism, infection by parasites, or combinations of physical and biological factors.
Any species that living in the South Polar Region has to feel comfortable with icebergs or have adaptations to deal with it. The ice-covered oceans around the continent, however, are similar with marine life.
The two species of penguin, The Adelie and Emperor penguin, that do not occur very far from ocean waters where the iceberg is present for at least quarter of the year. However, these penguins are force associates of iceberg, much like many songbirds are force associates of forests. Given that any iceberg is highly sensitive to changes in temperature, these two species are likely to be sensitive to global warming. The Adelie Penguin is probably unique among Earth’s animal inhabitants, not only do we know how it responds to changes in its present environment, but unlike most other creatures we also know how it has responded to habitat and environmental changes for at least the last 35,000 years. Unlike Adelies, on the other hand, we know relatively little about how the Emperor Penguin responds to changes in its environment because, the first reason the species breeds during the dark of winter and is thus very difficult to study, and the second they nest on iceberg that periodically melts or breaks up and thus usually they leave no trace of their existence from year-to-year, much less for thousands of years. Nevertheless, they are still highly sensitive to changes in iceberg conditions and offer us some lessons about how any species might respond to changes in climate.
Penguins, however, are sensitive to more than just physical aspects of their environment. Recent research has shown them to be exceedingly sensitive to prey availability as well. Since they are different from most other seabirds in that they can’t fly, they are unable to easily search increasingly larger areas looking for food should it become hard to find. They rely on food in predictable amounts and quality, in predictable places.
As temperatures of Earth continue to warm, finally all of Antarctica’s iceberg will be retreating. As we’ve seen, iceberg is at the core of factors that determine these species’ existence. Adelie and Emperor penguins will continue to live where the iceberg exists, and even colonize new locations along the coast where the iceberg becomes more open, and land glaciers retreat. Eventually, however, these penguins will disappear sequentially farther and farther south as the iceberg disappears, and as their prey disappears as humans overfish and alter the food web of the Southern Ocean. At the same time, sea level will be rising as the West Antarctic Iceberg melts. The rising sea level will cover low lying coast where the penguins otherwise would found colonies. Of course, if this occurs the streets of New York, London or Amsterdam and many other cities will be covered, too.

How will the flooding from Global Warming affect deer living in the jungle around Thailand in the next 20 years?
The Global Warming is primarily a problem of too much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which acts as a blanket, trapping heat and warming the planet. As we burn fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas for energy or cut down and burn forests to create pastures and plantations, carbon accumulates and overloads our atmosphere. Certain waste management and agricultural practices aggravate the problem by releasing other potent global warming gases, such as methane and nitrous oxide.
During the past century Global temperatures rise more than 1 degree Celsius, in the past the Earth could get it balance. But the growth of industry increase the waste gas. By the 21st century is the common temperature of 6 degrees Celsius, leading to the occurrence of storms and turbulence of nature. Polar ice melt Affect sea levels more and more.
It will affect the production of food from nature, water in the summer is gone. The earthquake and the tsunami will be more. Volcanoes explode often and more rain until flooding in the high hand.
When the Earth get warming until the next 20 years, the ice in the North Pole and South Pole will melt into the ocean. The water will flood all of the land part and also in Thailand. The flooding from the Global warming will destroy the living zones around Thailand and also in the jungle. Many animals will die and some have to migrate.
The Deer which have very few in the jungle of Thailand will be extinct because the deer are sensitive to the flooding and can’t migrate so fast. Some of them which survive from the flooding are also have no living place and no food that is hard to survive. Sometimes they will be hunted by the tigers. So the End of them have only the extinction.
